Pre-Marital Agreements

If you are not yet married and wish to prepare a pre-marital agreement (or prenup), we can prepare that for you.  Prior to completing the agreement, we will need a list of all of your and your prospective spouse’s assets and debts.  Your spouse must also have an independent attorney review and approve the agreement, and the agreement needs to be presented to him or her and signed at least one week prior to the marriage.
